IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
After purchase: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase. Within 24-48hrs after your purchase, you will receive:
-invite to my client portal with an onboarding document containing your mandatory project contract
-expected timeline & discovery call link + any print service invoices (if applicable).
You will need to accept this invoice within 5 days of receiving it, otherwise your project will be canceled.
Timeframe: 10-15 business days to receive your first draft (weekends/major holidays not included)
Revisions: You are allowed 1 revision rounds for your intro (font, color, placement edits etc.), 1 additional revision round can be purchased per customer at $35 per round.
To avoid this fee/revision, please be as thorough with your draft feedback as you can with your free revision round. Each revision round will add 1-4 additional business days to your timeline.
Refunds: refunds will not be provided after you have received your 1st draft. If you would like to cancel your order prior to receiving your draft—let us know we are happy to help.
