IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Timeframe: 10-15 business days to receive your first draft (weekends/major holidays not included)

Revisions: You are allowed 2 minor revision rounds for your flyers (font, color, placement edits etc.), any additional revisions will begin at $25 per round. To avoid this fee, please be as thorough with your draft feedback as you can with your free revision rounds. Each revision round will add 1-4 additional business days to your timeline.

Email Uploading: Please be aware that this service does not include services to upload your emails or to set up a Mailchimp/Klaviyo or other email marketing software account. You will need to have an email marketing software subscription already, or purchase after you have your designs. If you would like me to upload your emails to an existing emailing platform account/subscription, you can request this as an add on to this service! Just ask/inquire for pricing during your consult call!

Additional Services: This service bundle is sold/priced AS IS. If you need any additional services (outside of the add on services available or included services) you can request them in your intake form! You will be invoiced separately for these services to make things smooth and ensure you have what you need to launch!

Refunds: refunds will not be provided after you have received your 1st draft. If you would like to cancel your order prior to receiving your draft—let us know we are happy to help.
