IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
After purchase: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase. Within 24-48hrs after your purchase, you will receive an invite to my client portal with an onboarding document containing your mandatory project contract, expected timeline & discovery call link + any print service invoices (if applicable). You will need to accept this invoice within 5 days of receiving it, otherwise you will be refunded, and your project will be canceled.
Timeframe: 10-15 business days to receive your first draft (weekends/major holidays not included)
Revisions: You are allowed 1-2 revision rounds (font, color, placement edits etc.), any additional or extensive revisions will begin at $25-$100 per round. To avoid this fee, please be as thorough with your draft feedback as you can with your free revision rounds. Each revision round will add 1-4 additional business days to your timeline.
